Robust Selection Procedure

The key ingredients in outstanding teaching are passion and creativity. Our recruitment process seeks out those who love teaching. Qualified teachers are recruited after a series of written tests, group discussions and panel interviews.

They are tested on various parameters from content to pedagogy and in their understanding and adaptability to modern education trends.

Teacher Training & Mentoring

All selected teachers undergo specifically designed training programmes before the commencement of the sessions. Regular sessions are conducted throughout the year to help our teachers grow and build their skills. Class room observation for mentoring and monitoring, aids them to build their skills of pedagogy, class room management techniques and soft skill.

We encourage a healthy culture of learning by sharing. Our teachers follow the best practices and share them with their peers to encourage leaning and collaborations.

The qualities we look for in our teachers are right attitude, being open to learning, ability to work in a team, ability to integrate technology in classroom teaching and a very high emotional and happiness quotient.
