Transdisciplinary approach has always been at the core of our DNA. Even while this approach is being contemplated at national policy level to improve quality of education in India, over many years we have been a pioneering practitioner of it. Core of our methodology is the philosophy of differentiated learner centric education, wherein the teaching strategy is curated to meet the student’s learning needs which could be different from child to child. The learning at TCIS is more of an inquiry-led collaborative effort with equal participation from the learner and the educator, rather than the conventional subject deliverance. Further, great significance is laid on assessments which are carried out at regular intervals on academic, co-curricular and psychometric parameters which forms an important feedback and improvement tool.
